Anneli was born and raised in the heart of North Idaho. Early in her career, Anneli worked at a real estate office in Idaho, but her path shifted when their youngest son was diagnosed with high-functioning autism. She made the decision to stay home and focus on raising their four children, while also pursuing her college education.

When Chris accepted a job in Spokane County, the family decided to renovate and sell their home. With Chris away during the week, Anneli completed much of the renovation work herself. During that time, she reflected deeply on the memories made in that home—and the role a house plays in shaping a family's story. That experience reignited her lifelong passion for real estate.

Today, Anneli is a licensed real estate professional in both Washington and Idaho. She is known for her unwavering dedication to her clients and her deep commitment to the industry. She holds several respected designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP), reflecting her commitment to ongoing education and excellence.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Anneli serves on the board of the Women’s Council of Realtors as the Events Director, where she plays an active role in organizing meaningful events and supporting the growth and development of fellow real estate professionals.

Chris was born in California and moved to the Inland Northwest at the age of ten. His early life experiences shaped his deep understanding of the value of stability, home, and community. Growing up, Chris and his family faced significant challenges—including periods of homelessness and time spent living in shelters. These formative years instilled in him a profound empathy for others and a lasting commitment to making a difference.

Driven by a desire to serve, Chris built a diverse career centered around leadership and service. Before entering the world of real estate, he spent over a decade in business, marketing, training and property management. His passion for helping others later led him to a career in law enforcement, where he continues to serve as a supervisor, training coordinator, and hostage/crisis negotiator. He is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), further demonstrating his commitment to being there for people in their most critical moments.

Outside of his professional roles, Chris has remained active in his community. He has served as a youth leader and worship leader within his church, using his time and talents to guide and support others.

Today, as part of the Langan Home Team, Chris brings a unique blend of compassion, resilience, and leadership to every client relationship. His life experiences allow him to truly understand the significance of home—not just as a place, but as a foundation for security, growth, and lasting memories.

Anneli and Chris are a dedicated husband-and-wife team whose journey together began in childhood. High school sweethearts who have now been married for over 20 years, they are proud parents to four children and bring a deeply rooted, people-first perspective to everything they do. Their strong foundation and focus on creating lasting memories is what drives the Langan Home Team’s passion for real estate.
