Anneli is licensed in both Washington and Idaho and is known for her dedication to her clients and her industry. She brings a wealth of experience and holds multiple professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP). In addition to working with buyers and sellers, she currently serves on the board of the Women’s Council of Realtors as the Events Director, helping organize impactful events and foster professional development in the local real estate community.

Before pursuing a career real estate, Chris spent over a decade in business, marketing, training and property management. He later transitioned into a career in law enforcement, where he currently serves as a supervisor, training coordinator, and hostage/crisis negotiator. He’s also a certified Emergency Medical Technician. He spent years actively involved in their church as a youth leader and worship leader. His commitment to helping others has always been a guiding force in his professional and personal life.

With a passion for people and a strong sense of purpose, Anneli and Chris strive to serve their clients with honesty, knowledge, and heart—because for them, real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes; it’s about building lasting relationships and supporting the communities they love.
